USA - Free Shipping via First Class Mail - orders ship same day or next day depending on time order placed.  Or you can upgrade to Priority Mail at checkout.  Orders ship from Ohio, USA.

CANADA - Shipping $12.00 (Note:  I live 75 km from Windsor, Ontario - FAST SHIP - 5 to 11 days for arrival on average)
