WHY I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR BUYING FROM ME:
-Experience - I spent a year in chemo caps and know firsthand what it is like and what you will find comfortable. My sister finished chemo and radiation in February, 2016 and she has tested all my hats for comfort and style! I make sure every hat is well made, will be comfortable against the head and will last (oh and is washable!).
-My Involvement - All my hats are in my possession and are mailed by me. Only the finest quality hats are shipped to you. All hats are Made in the USA and are machine washable. I inspect every hat!
-Satisfied Customers - In 30 months of business, I have only had 6 returns and those were exchanges. I get so many emails thanking me for the hats!
RETURN POLICY: Returns will be accepted of UNWORN items within 30 days. Once items are received and it is determined that these items are unworn, a refund will be issued by the initial means of payment. Contact me directly when you are requesting a return at hellocourage@live.com

SHIPPING - I ship to the USA via First Class or Priority Mail - if you live in USA, you should receive your package within 2 to 5 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Currently, I ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia. I will be adding many more countries in the near future. I ship via First Class International which is the least expensive method as International Shipping is so expensive. It can take 2 to 3 weeks for your products to arrive, but often sooner. Prices for international shipping range from $5.99 for to Canada to $18.00 to other countries.
A percentage of my sales will go to provide Chemo Caps to women who do not have the funds to purchase them. I have helped many women so far and will continue to do so. Thank you for contributing through your purchases!
